My favorite garter stitch pattern has got to be the Baby Surprise Jacket.
The Shalom Cardigan is a favorite stockinette pattern (mostly stockinette, at least the bottom part.
Thank you for your FAVORITE EDGING notes. It works perfectly and is so clean looking. I am "borrowing" your idea and blogging it tomorrow because EVERYONE should know this technique.
(I used it on the Shalom Cardigan for the sleeve edges and will also finish off the bottom with your edging.) Thank you!
I'm currently working on an adorable baby kimono-style sweater from the new book, Sock Yarn One Skein Wonders by Judith Durand. It's called Little Hanten and was designed by Cheryl Oberle. The pattern has not been listed yet in Ravelry.
Hey Paula. Thanks so much again for your great podcast. I've been listening to some other "challenging" ones lately and am still shaking my head on a few, but yours is so professional and just the right mix of personal and knitter info. And the music is just delightful.
My favorite garter stitch pattern would be EZ's Baby Surprise Jacket. Not sure if this is the right place to post the answer to this question, but I think you'll find it.
Take good care. Kathleen in St. Louis
My current favorite garter stitch project is EZ Knitted Garter Stitch Blanket (opinionated knitter book).
